This is a real Locust leaf and its seed that I picked, pressed and processed myself. After processing the leaf and seed I placed it on 11x14 paper that I made to look vintage and then hand painted around the leaf with blue and gold acrylic and watercolor paint. The piece was treated to help preserve it for longevity and then placed in a wood frame that I hand painted duck blue and used a dark wax to give it a distressed look.

This is a simple and earthy picture that would look nice in any room of the house.
